Leonard represents continuity, family responsibility and service across generations. His life has included Royal Air Force service, firefighting and technical work associated with naval detection systems. Director of Investment & Stewardship · Principal-Designate

Roger Stefan Windmill is Director of Investment & Stewardship and Principal-Designate of the Windmill Family Office. Heritage, present authority and planned succession.

The three-generation structure is not presented as ceremony. It records distinct responsibilities within one institutional continuum: Leonard safeguards memory and continuity; Steven exercises present authority and develops the Office; Roger builds the judgement and capability required for future stewardship.

The Office is intended to remain coherent as individual custodians change.
